PERMITS and LOT PREPARATION

Permits: To include all needed for construction, Building, Electrical, Plumbing and Heating & Air

Grading: To provide for drainage - to be left substantially smooth

Driveway: 4” concrete slab as shown in drawings

Electrical Service: Underground - including transformer connection fee

Water & Sewer system: Connect to Clay County systems including all fees

 

FOUNDATION and SLABS

Termite Treatment: Licensed pretreat of all house footers, slabs and Garage slab

Main floor: 4” monolithic concrete slab over 4” gravel and 6 mil vapor barrier with minimum 12” deep x 18” wide footers w/2 #4 rebar continuous - to be reinforced with fiber glass additive

Other Slabs: 4” concrete slab as shown in drawings

 

FRAMING

Exterior Walls: 2x6x9 spruce 24"oc - exterior sheathing 7/16” OSB – Tyvek house wrap or equal

Interior walls: 2x4 spruce 16"oc

Roof: 6 in 12 pitch - Pre-engineered trusses on 9' wall height - ½” Zip system waterproof sheathing
